Channel Sales Manager

This is your chance to join a Vancouver company in the high paced Hi-Tech threat intelligence sector as a Sales Channel Manager serving a world-wide market. You will be in charge of the existing Reseller channel, and it will be your responsibility to help this channel succeed in sales of threat protection products. In addition to maintaining a strong communication stream with existing resellers, building on-boarding strategies, attracting new resellers, fostering relationships in the tech and hosting industry, and managing all aspects of sales projections and tracking. You will work with engineering teams in developing new features to serve the channel. Here's the chance to be part of a growing company and market, with potential for growth. Excellent English communication skills both verbally and written are a must, but additional languages are a benefit.
- Minimum (3-5) years experience in Software Sales undergone previous structured sales training programs.
- Minimum Two (1-2) years experience selling towards or engaged in the Hosting Provider Industry.
- Previous experience working with Re-Sellers and building out a vertical sales channel.
- Experience negotiating Re-Seller sales agreements.
- Thorough ability to create Power Point presentations, sales decks, and sales forecasts.
- Ability to Provide Sales Projections and possess a technical sales background.
- Ability to create Press Releases and Marketing Plans.
- Ability to engage industry press and have a good understanding of Social Media for customer engagement.
Perfect command of the English language, both verbal and written. Knowing more languages is considered an asset.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your role will be crucial to the growth of the product line and overall company. This will be an opportunity for the right person to have a long term career opportunity and be rewarded for his/her contributions.
Base Salary plus bonus. Must be able to travel locally and abroad.
