Human Resources Specialist
**Duties**:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and selection process
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Ceridian, ADP, SAP, or Workday
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience conducting interviews and presenting job offers
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and strategies
- Experience with Dayforce or UltiPro is a plus
