Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP HR modules.
- Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and customizations in SAP HR systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues related to SAP HR module configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP HR systems.
- Assist in the development and execution of data migration strategies during system upgrades or implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HR trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HR module configuration, customization, and technical support.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language and SAP HR technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for project engagements.
- SAP HR certification is a plus.
