Calm360 Inc. is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping individuals live their lives to the fullest. Our passionate team includes experts in physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and podiatry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage patient documentation
- Handle billing and reconciliation processes
- Support a welcoming environment for clients
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with front desk operations
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with billing issues from multiple funders
- Experience with reconciliation processes
**Availability**: This part-time role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and Saturdays.
