Job purpose

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for administrative and clerical functions. The coordinator's purpose is to make sure the grievances within the company get solved. The Human Resources Coordinator also oversees talent acquisition and talent retention.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Screen applicants
- Conduct interviews and prepare questions to get the most information
- Introduced new recruits to the team

Resolve employee grievances
- Conduct informal and formal meetings with supervisors consistently throughout the year
- Evaluate grievances
- Provide all employees with employee handbooks
- Implement Policies and Procedures in the workplace
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with all staff to check in.
- Conducting employee reviews.
- Prepare reviews and employee reports for the CEO and Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of Human Resources Principles, Practices, and Procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

**Direct reports**:Directly report to the Operations Manager with daily check ins and weekly meetings.

**Salary**: $39,264.00-$64,593.00 per year
