**Job Summary**

Aspire Autism Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing in-home ABA therapy, conducting assessments, creating individualized behaviour plans, providing parent/caregiver training, supervising and providing oversight for Senior Therapists and Instructor Therapists/RBTs, graphing and analyzing data to make data driven decisions for your clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ABA professionals
- Oversee the delivery of ABA services and ensure adherence to best practices
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of services and staff performance as needed.
- Develop and implement programming for clients based on evidence-based curricular assessments.
- Collaborate with other professionals as needed.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and completing reports in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst certification, maintained for at least 3 years.
- In good standing with the BACB.
- Currently on the OAP Clinical Supervisor Provider List (or will gain status soon).
- Experience working with children with Autism and other disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of curricular assessments, data collection methods and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and provide guidance.
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (within the past 6 months).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 0.5 - 1 per week
