**What You'll Do**

As a key point of contact for homeowners, you will ensure their new homes meet the highest quality standards and provide them with the confidence they need to settle in. Your responsibilities include:

- **Initial Inspections**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of new homes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Follow up on outstanding repairs to confirm completion before move-in.
- **Homeowner Support**:

- Prepare homes for move-in, ensuring they are clean and presentable, including common areas.
- Conduct detailed homeowner orientations, demonstrating in-home appliances and features.
- Address and document any repair concerns identified during the orientation process.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Act as a reliable resource for homeowners, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships.

**What You Bring**

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- **Customer Service Expertise**:At least 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service in a client-facing role.
- **Knowledge of Construction**:A basic understanding of construction processes to confidently address homeowner concerns.
- **Tech Proficiency**:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**:Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- **Excellent Communication**:Strong written and verbal communication skills to build trust and ensure clarity.
- **Safety Awareness**:Commitment to health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for homeowners and colleagues.
- **Reliable Transportation**:A dependable vehicle is a valuable asset for this role.

**Expected Compensation**:The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,000 to $72,000 per year. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market trends for the role, and internal equity considerations.
