**Regional Customer Care Representative**
This unique position requires travel around the Lower Mainland area to support of our diverse clinic network. A vehicle is required.

**Working Location**:Vancouver/Lower Mainland
**Reporting to**: Regional Clinic Manager
**A day in the life of a Regional Customer Care Representative involves**:
- Supporting the Regional Clinic Manager with coaching, training, and onboarding of new customer care representatives
- Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
- Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
- Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
- Managing any notable customer compliments or complaints that require action or acknowledgement at a management level.
- Networking with other leaders in the company, hearing health sector, professional associations and community
- Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs - don’t worry, training provided
