This position offers full benefits. Starting Salary from $40k/annum

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Process and code incoming invoices
- Enter invoices into Accounting Software
- Sage 300
- Match invoices to PO numbers where applicable
- Assist with bi-weekly cheque runs
- Prepare cheques for mailing
- Maintain vendor information and files
- Correspond to vendors and respond to inquiries
- Filing of invoices and Year-End files.
- Occasional trips to the bank, etc. (mileage will be provided)
- Other administrative tasks where required

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year experience in data entry/administrative or general accounting experience
- Valid Driver's license
- College Diploma in an Accounting or Business-related field of study an asset
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and terminology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience working with Sage 300 considered an asset
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
