With new opportunities of growth arising, we are in search of an independant, supportive and team player individual to assist with all office and administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- enter day-to-day transactions in accounting system
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Update social media pages with relevant postings
- Work with the sales and operations teams to cooridinate quoting and scheduling of work
- Assist with errands as required

**Requirements**:

- Completion of college or bachelors degree
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Always maintain a professional aptitude
- Knowledgable with social media sites such as linkedin, twitter, instagram
- Some accounting knowledge is preffered but can be trained on
- Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in achieving its goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
