**About the Team**

The Procurement & Supply Chain team is an essential function that ensures manufacturing and building processes have all the resources and processes required to meet critical demand. They are main relationship holders for external stakeholders and maintain best practices in various procurement activities.

**About the Role**

The position will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management and provide support to the procurement and supply chain team as well as its internal clients.

**Nature of Work**:

- Support the administrative, planning, and logistics aspects of procurement
- Support with the updates to policies, procedures, processes, and customize for plant use
- Coordinate between procurement and accounts payable
- Records creation, maintenance and update in Share Point, Smartsheets and Dynamics 365 (D365)

**Problem Solving and Decision Making**:

- Set up and maintain the supply chain management shared drive
- Release orders in D365 according to instructions and manage information flow with internal and external stakeholders
- Set up and maintain electronic procurement tracker in lieu of procurement specific system
- Finalize and maintain content on SharePoint supply chain management website

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education preferably in a technical or business field
- Experience with capacity, logistics planning, order processes
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets
- Attention to detail and quick learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes
- Experience with ERP systems, database optimization, materials replenishment ordering and 3rd party communication
