**Who you are**:

- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a procurement related position
- Experience with capacity, logistics planning, order processes
- Strong experience with negotiation, building relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Experience drafting procurement documents
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP systems
- You are eager to learn and grow with changes in systems and processes
- You are a creative when it comes to problem solving and being resourceful
- You are self-directed and can execute responsibly without being told what to do
- You’re a visionary, and have an eye for the details, too. In other words, you’ve got your head in the clouds and feet in the mud
- You thrive on solving problems, by identifying, investigating, and presenting solutions.
- You love to coordinate with others to establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure production requirements are met.
- You value input from others and are eager to learn to improve yourself and your skills
- You work well with others and are respectful and encouraging to them while accomplishing the task at hand.

**About the Role**:
The position will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management and provide support to the supply chain team as well as its internal clients. The position will maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure order and delivery schedules are aligned with manufacturing and operational demand.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Research suppliers, materials, other products and services as required by the company
- Develop and conduct formal competitive processes, requirements, evaluation matrixes, and manage the processes to closing for low and medium-risk projects
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure best value is achieved
- Ensure best practices are implemented and maintained in all procurement activities
- Support implementation of innovative practices in the procurement activities
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders across the organization
- Developing low to medium risk agreements
- Contract management for low to medium risk contracts
- Coordinating logistics for suppliers or vendors on job sites and ensuring deliveries are received in a timely manner
- Ability to address last-minute or repetitive requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to resolve invoicing issues
