By Joining our Student Assessment & Registrations Team

What You’ll Be Doing:
**Conducting a preliminary review of assessment documentation** to ensure accuracy and completeness and determine if follow up is required.

**Reviewing documentation** for degree equivalence, pre-requisite education requirements and eligibility.

**Exercising professional judgment** when completing transcript assessments and identifying eligibility concerns and escalating to the Manager where appropriate.

**Upholding the Service Level Agreement (SLA)** while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

**Maintaining the integrity of educational data** in Salesforce for transcript assessment records.

Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or another related discipline. Experienced in serving students or customers in a regulatory, membership, educational services, or customer-oriented environment is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and skilled in advanced functions of Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred.

A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities.

Able to demonstrate strong administration skills, professionalism and a commitment to providing a superior level of service to the student population.

Experienced at working in a fast-paced environment, able to utilize your strong organization, and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, able to meet deadlines and act on own initiative while working independently within the scope of the position’s responsibilities.

Able to excel at time management combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.

A team player, willing to help other team members as required and collaborate within a team environment.
