We are currently hiring a **Student** **Coordinator **to start ASAP.

**Duties and Responsibilities for Student Coordinator**:

- Maintain regular communication with principals, school staff, international students, parents/agents, and any other related parties
- Provide on-going counseling, dispute resolution, and mediation for international students and school when needed
- Overnight business trips as needed, with compensation.
- Assist international students in an academic capacity
- Assist international students in adjusting to a Canadian lifestyle
- Assist international students and homestays in case of emergency
- Conduct school visits and parent-teacher interviews
- Provide in-person and/or over-the-phone interpretation for international students
- Arrange for airport pick up and drop off service for international students
- Provide general administrative support to the Student Team Manage

**Duties and Responsibilities for Office Assistant**:

- Assist other Student Coordinators when needed
- Pick up mail from the office.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Provide assistance around the office as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution
- High school diploma from a Canadian high school
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Class 5/Class G Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Fluent in Cantonese Chinese is an asset

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
