We are currently seeking a motivated individual with a passion for transforming lives and a desire to grow their career to join our team at the Bay/Queen Campus as a Student Service Specialist.

**Job Duties**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Practicum, and Career Services, to ensure readiness for practicum and graduation.
- Assist the Campus Director, student services team, and other operations departments in compiling daily, monthly, and semester statistical data for reports related to service delivery.
- Provide transcripts, diplomas, and graduation items to students.
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with data reporting and other admission enrollment documents.
- Ensure student placement timelines, supervisory requirements, and other quality standards are supported and maintained.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, orientations, and student engagement events.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum one-year diploma/postgraduate degree in Business, Social Sciences, Adult Learning, or Education.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English.
- Knowledge and understanding of all areas of Student Affairs and Services to uphold and contribute to the college's service values and standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, including standard business formats for letters, digital filing, and record-keeping, with a proven ability to coordinate paperwork and prepare general office correspondence and reports.
- A team player and self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
