We are seeking a Territory Manager to represent Webber Naturals in Edmonton and mid-Alberta. The Territory Manager will be responsible for meeting with clients at large stores such as Walmart and London Drugs, overseeing merchandising activities, and driving sales growth across the territory. This role requires extensive travel throughout Alberta to build and maintain relationships with retail partners and ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, including Walmart and other large stores, to drive sales and increase product presence in Alberta.
- Merchandising: Ensure that Webber Naturals products are prominently displayed, correctly priced, and effectively merchandised in stores to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Identify opportunities for expansion and new business development.
- Training and Education: Provide product training and education to retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about Webber Naturals products and can effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Travel: Travel extensively throughout Alberta to visit retail locations, attend meetings with clients, and participate in industry events and trade shows.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client interactions. Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or merchandising, preferably in the consumer health or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Alberta and occasionally outside the province.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
