The BD Medication Management Solutions business combines proven technology with actionable intelligence to prevent medication errors, improve clinician productivity, increase predictability of medication availability, and improve organizational financial performance. At almost every point in the acute or non-acute medication use or management process, safety, efficiency, and costs can be favorably impacted with BD Pyxis, BD Alaris, BD Rowa Dose, BD Pyxis MedBank, BD Pyxis RapidRx, MedKeeper, Parata ATP®, Parata Max®, SynMed and BD HealthSight solutions.

**About the role**:
BD has made several acquisitions within the Medication Management Solutions business with GSL Solutions, Cubex, MedKeeper and Parata Systems in order to build out a more complete solution offering for medication dispensing and pharmacy automation. The Integration Manager will be responsible for managing the integration of the newly acquired companies into BD Medication Management Solutions Canada. The role will be responsible for working with the Global Integration Management Office to drive the planning and execution of activities related to strategy, organizational design, legal and contracting, commercial go-to-market, clinical, finance, operations, supply chain, order to cash, channel management, implementation, service, quality, regulatory, human resources and IT specific to Canada. The Integration Manager will work closely with the regional and global business, functions, platform and newly acquired companies to develop and execute the integration plan for the Canadian market.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the strategic integration planning and execution phases of BD Medication Management Solutions Canada that align to the business objectives and the Integration Management Office
- Develop and own the Canadian integration playbook, in collaboration with the BD Medication Management Solutions Integration Management Office
- Own scorecards, milestones, and metrics reporting; track and own short
- and long-term progress toward deal objectives
- Work cross-functionally with executives, functional leaders, and their teams to ensure overall integration preparedness, resourcing, and alignment
- Lead all technology, talent, platform, and business integration activities including day-to-day project management, execution through cross-functional integration teams, communication to various stakeholders (including executives), and serve as a guide/resource for acquired teams and leaders
- Liaise and collaborate with the Global Customer Services (GCS) organization on integration of implementation and service organizations

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in management or project management
- Bachelor of Arts or Science and Project management certification a strong asset
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with mínimal guidance
- Excellent strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate cross-functionally at all organizational levels, bias for action
- Familiarity with business process and integration requirements across a range of functions; marketing, sales, clinical, quality, regulatory, legal and contracting, finance, operations, supply chain, customer service, service, implementation, channel management, human resources and IT
- Strong and proven project management skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Mission-driven, enthusiastic to learn and grow; team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Interpersonal experience, team-oriented and proven experience building relationships, including ability to successfully influence people and teams at all levels without direct authority
- Ability to build and manage relationships with acquired teams
- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and work collaboratively with stakeholders across regions, departments and levels
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), SalesForce, and Business Intelligence Tools
- Ability and willingness to travel as required (domestic and international)
