Updating patient records
- Communicating with labs, other health care providers, and insurance companies
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs for the building and medical devices like X-ray machines
- Ensuring that other employees keep accurate records and comply with local laws and regulations
- Leading patients to exam rooms or other areas and explaining medical procedures
- Maintaining medical inventory by ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
- Complying with the office budget and negotiating for discounts from labs and medical suppliers when possible
- Making regular verbal or written reports to the office or clinic owners or executives
- Manage 2 of our locations (Mississauga and Cambridge) so a car is necessary to travel between the 2 locations and split time between these 2 clinics

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4T 3V7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
