Medication Delivery Solutions, Sales Coordinator, Oncology and Vascular Care

Responsible for sales support of the Oncology and Vascular portfolio. Priorities include backorder management, allocations and drop shipments to ensure positive customer experiences. This role will also work with Marketing, Customer Service, and Distributors to create efficiencies. The Sales Coordinators will also be expected to support conferences and special projects as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Support sales team with inventory updates, backorder management, allocations, and drop shipments.
- Office based (HYBRID - currently 2 days per week in office, 3 days remote; schedule might vary as needed)
- On-site conversion support when required.
- Sample order coordination.
- Maintenance of conference calendar and support conference planning when needed.
- Participate in 1:1 and/or monthly reviews with TMs and National Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with National Sales Manager to coordinate onboarding training schedule for new sales hires with the marketing teams.
- Overall Administrative Support for Oncology and Vascular Care Sales Team.
- Work with TMs to support customer inquiries and lead management.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Bilingual in French and English is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP and/or JDE is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Working with Excel spreadsheets to include data reporting is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to get things done quickly.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a creative mindset.
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills.
- Experience with multi-faceted problem solving.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role. (i.e., Sales Support, Customer Service). Previous Med Device experience is strongly preferred.

**Education and Training**
- University degree required.
