RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in Daily Sales TouchPoint Meetings
- Support the Acct. Mgrs. in meetings with clients by preparing agenda material; managing meeting minutes assigning action items to ensure accountability and follow through
- Assist Sales team with preparation of promotional materials (SOWs, QA Method Statements, Power Point presentations, Company Information Package)
- Work with Technical Coordinator as required
- Assist Sales team with preparation of quotations to ensure they are completed and delivered on-time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Undergrad / in progress Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel, Power Point, Publisher) and Database software

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Well-organized, has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks autonomously, effectively and efficiently and deliver on tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to work cohesively with members of sparkAV team and clients as required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated with high level of dedication, team player, capable of accepting responsibility, and willing to undertake team mentorship
- Professional appearance in front of clients and vendors
- Proficiency in English (Bilingual English/French is an asset)

Work Remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
