**JR Account Executive**

**What will YOU be doing as a JR Account Executive?**
- Engage with service-based businesses across North America through proactive cold calling.
- Schedule and conduct tailored virtual demos, resonating with prospects' specific requirements.
- Identify areas for enhancement in their digital strategy, proposing Webware.io solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting business relationships.

**What YOU bring to the table**:

- Grounded experience in sales: Ideally as an AE, SDR, or BDR.
- Strong communication and negotiation proficiency.
- Proven track record of quota attainment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred but not essential).

**Salary Information**:
Base pay starting at $45,000

**Previous experience is required**: Proven inside sales experience with comfort in making proactive calls.
- Natural ability to hunt opportunities and close deals.
- Experience in roles like AE, SDR, or BDR, or in B2B sales and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in client engagement and relationship building.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
