**Position: Office Administrator**

The Office Administrator position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, as well as assisting the sales manager and sales support staff. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s office and filing system, and performing other duties as assigned.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with customer service calls, including but not limited to reviewing, invoicing & booking appointments.
- Maintain trade files and perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques in an ever-changing environment.
- A desire to help others succeed and make a positive impact in the company’s overall success.
- MUST have minimum 1 year Real Estate experience
