**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, both in-office and in-field, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Frequent visits to prospective clients such as Kitchen and Bath Dealers, Design-Build Firms, and local Builders in the GTA.
- Conduct training sessions on door-to-door sales techniques, product knowledge, and cold calling in the Toronto office and the field.
- Set performance targets, provide regular coaching, and monitor the sales performance of individual team members to ensure goals are met.
- Create and manage mapping areas for each Sales Representative to optimize coverage and efficiency. Plan and organize daily and weekly routes in the GTA.
- Monitor and report on team performance, sales metrics, and other KPIs to senior management.
- Attend trade shows as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the Kitchen and Bath Industry, preferably in a dealer environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and manage efficient sales territories for door-to-door sales.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Owning a vehicle is a plus for travel in the Toronto GTA area.
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with 2 years of sales experience.

**Job Type**: Full-time Commission Only (Potential for Salary + Commission)

**Pay**:Commission-Only Structure: This role is commission-only until a team revenue target of $250,000 is achieved.

As a Sales Manager, you will earn 3% of all sales your team members make.

Salary + Commission: Once the team reaches a cumulative sales target of $250,000, a base salary will be provided in addition to ongoing commissions.
