Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Toronto East End Territory

Compensation Package:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $145,000 to $165,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for bonuses and overtime earnings.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager for the Toronto East End territory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Bld and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Prospect and pursue new business leads through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of labeling automation, coding, and marking solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
