Our client is a fast growing radio, digital media, and technology company who provides brands with the ability to connect with their consumers at the right moment.

Their business is going through aggressive growth, and they are looking for an experienced and motivated VP of Sales to help them continue to capitalize on the increased revenue opportunities in this market

Second line management with approximately 5 direct sales management reports (40+ dotted line including all sales reps) across Canada
Contribute to current go to market strategy to ensure the team is maximizing efforts
Identify opportunities and develop strategy to effectively capture the TAM (total addressable market) across Canada
Provide guidance to direct reports around best sales practices and solidifying process
Located in Greater Toronto Area (in office 4-5 times per week - mid town location)
~ Radio and/or Digital media advertising sales experience
~10+ years of sales leadership experience
~12+ years experience selling direct to brand, and have an established network in this space with a keen understanding of selling advertising into local markets
~ Experience leading a team and developing/implementing effective sales processes
