**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Reception**:_
- Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct phone inquires to the appropriate staff members
- Reply to general information requests with accurate information
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional/friendly manner
- Assist second language adult learners who come from a variety of cultures with professionalism, understanding and utmost respect
- **Office Administration**:_
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet)
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
- Forward voice mail from the general mailbox to the appropriate staff member
- Purchase, receive and store office supplies; ensure supplies are always available
- Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's/department’s databases
- Provide administrative support to team and clients
- Make travel, meeting and all other arrangements for staff; book office space for clients as needed
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- Assist with the collection and reporting of statistical data
- Maintain inventory records and capital costs
- Attend and proactively participate in internal and external professional development events and staff meetings as required
- Be familiar with and support other departments and their functions
- Assist LINC Program Manager as needed

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum College Diploma
- Superior office management, organizational and time management skills; highly skilled working in a busy environment and a good ability to multitask
- Skilled in organizing/keeping track of tasks, deadlines and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills; sincere interest in assisting culturally-diverse adult learners, offering assistance and presenting a friendly and professional attitude at all times
- Skilled in providing excellent administrative/front desk support to clients and staff
- Skilled in answering a multi-line phone system in a friendly, polite and professional manner
- Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, Outlook, Internet and Database Management
- Ability to learn new software quickly and easily; accurate and quick data entry skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
