Digital Operations/marketing Manager

**Position Overview**:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As our Digital Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product flow, ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and operational processes, and leading our efforts to innovate and excel. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product and Marketing Flow Optimization**: Oversee and improve the digital aspects of our product and marketing flow, from initial design to final delivery. Ensure that all digital systems and processes are fully integrated and support efficient operations. Currently we are using Salesforce, Shopify, Klaviyo.
- **Digital Strategy Development**: Develop and implement digital strategies that enhance operational efficiency, improve product tracking, and support business growth.
- **Optimization**: Ensure that digital marketing campaigns are optimized for performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- **Website and E-Commerce Management**:Site Performance: Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s website and e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
**Content Integration**:Ensure that marketing content is effectively integrated into digital platforms, including managing content updates and optimizing for SEO
- **Customer Experience Mapping**:Develop and refine digital customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.Implement mechanisms to collect and analyze customer feedback, using insights to improve digital touchpoints and service quality. Setup kpi tracking in Salesforce, coordinate with programmers.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analytics and KPIS to monitor performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Also maintain project budget, identify cost saving opportunities
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with web developers, systems team, and the founders to produce digital initiatives and operational goals.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with supply chain vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support for digital systems.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Team Training and dev**: Develop and deliver training documents for team members to enhance their digital skills and knowledge. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team to leverage collective expertise.
- **Competitive Benchmarking**: Regularly assess competitors’ digital strategies and performance to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technological advancements to keep the company’s digital operations at the forefront of the industry.
**Digital Product Presentation**:
- **High-Quality Imagery**: Ensure that fabric samples and collections are showcased with high-resolution images and detailed descriptions to appeal to interior designers.
- **Virtual Showrooms**: Develop and manage virtual showrooms or digital swatches that allow designers to explore and visualize fabrics in various settings.
- **Interactive Tools**: Implement interactive tools such as fabric comparison features or virtual room planners that help designers visualize how fabrics will look in their projects.
**Virtual Events**: Host virtual events or webinars to showcase new fabric collections, trends, and design ideas, engaging with designers who may not attend in person
**Data Analytics and Insights**:
- **Usage Analytics**: Analyze data on which fabrics and collections are most popular among designers, and use this information to guide inventory decisions and marketing strategies. Gather feedback from designers on their experiences and preferences to refine product offerings and enhance customer service
