**Job Purpose**

The Corporate Accounts Representative is responsible for supporting the Corporate Accounts team to deliver world-class customer service. They will support the sales process for SECURE’s waste processing and disposal network by working closely within the Corporate Accounts Representatives and the division’s field-based teams. The individual in this role will develop skills and gain the experience required to manage, or progress into, a role with a specific territory and accounts.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with the development of proposals, executing customer MSAs and customer maintenance in relation to invoicing.
- Develop and maintain key internal relationships in order to support customer inquiries and concerns as they arise.
- Undertake market analysis for existing service lines.
- Assemble written reports and presentations on sales activities and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities and measure KPI’s corresponding with top customers, utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System throughout sales cycle.
- Act as liaison between divisions, identify integrated sales opportunities and ensuring the appropriate divisional representatives are pursuing accordingly.
- Participate in divisional sales strategy planning sessions.
- Organize and execute SECURE branded customer events such as trade shows and customer appreciation events.
- Be an ambassador for SECURE at industry events and functions.
- Develop a presence within appropriate industry networks.
- Travel within Western Canada as required.
- Occasionally required to be available outside of standard working hours.

**Qualifications/Competencies**

The individual in this role will have:

- 2-5 years of corporate, sales, or service industry experience.
- A passion for helping customers and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- A team-oriented working style.
- Above average selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional grammar and writing skills.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills are required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to meet timelines, and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Some level of post-secondary education completed.

The following are considered assets in this role:

- Experience working directly with customers in a sales or service capacity.
- Prior Oil & Gas experience would be considered an asset.
- Sales experience in a B2B context would be considered an asset.
- Having contacts within the oil and gas or environmental industry would be considered an asset.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial or growth-oriented organization would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Remediation, Reclamation and Drilling Waste regulations would be an asset.

**Experience**: Required
- 2 - 5 years: Corporate, sales, or service industry experience
