As a Technical Support Specialist at IBITS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the IT systems of our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of various IT components, including Microsoft 365, computer networks, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and printers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients in resolving IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft 365, computer networks, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and printers.
- Perform on-site visits to multiple client sites, requiring flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough problem analysis and resolution.
- Efficiently manage your time and resources to meet service level agreements and client expectations.
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies and client needs.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
**Qualifications**:
- IT industry experience, preferably in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with other Microsoft products.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and printers.
- Reliable transportation, such as owning a car, to travel to client sites.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills to meet client demands efficiently.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Punctuality and a strong commitment to professionalism.
