Newmarket, Canada PFM Packaging Machinery Corp. Full time

**Accounting and Office Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Phone support, filing, photocopying and other office tasks
- Prepare expense reimbursements
- Entering AP invoices and bank transactions
- Reconcile credit card statements in a timely manner
- Sending out AR invoices and handling collection of outstanding accounts
- Entering time cards and service technician hours
- Help prepare bank deposits and cheques and going to the bank
- Support other members of the accounting department
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in accounting, business administration or related field preferred
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and responsibility for their completion
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Valid driver's license and vehicle

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30 pm

Location: Green Lane & 404

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
