**Prime Directive**:
Ensure smooth operations by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, building strong relationships, overseeing office resources, and engaging in several accounting functions.
**What you will do**:
- Anticipate and take initiative to respond to the needs of the CEO
- Act as the first point of contact for CEGEN and SEED Homes clients and potential clients, assessing and attending to their specific needs in a timely manner
- Engage with clients on-site, touring them around the facility as necessary
- Enter invoices into QuickBooks, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assist in the development of project quotations
- Arrange catering for Lunch & Learns and other internal meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Identify and develop new opportunities with clients
- Daily updates of Customer Relationship Management Spreadsheet
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes as required
- Active participation in daily toolbox meetings with the potential to lead these Wellness in the absence of the Wellness Director
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Mail pickup and delivery
- Responsible for weekly grocery shopping

- Uphold organization policies and standards
**What you will bring**:
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related discipline is an asset
- Work experience in a manufacturing or residential building environment a big asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal propensity with the ability to work collaboratively across different disciplines within the company
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly accurate
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and keep tight timelines
- Willingness to learn about the industry and maintain current knowledge
- Exemplary organizational skills with task prioritization, multitasking and time-management techniques
