**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a admin and receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with student, faculty and staff.
- Familiarity with school office procedures is a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer support is essential.
