**What you will do**:

- Manage multi-million dollar loyalty program including: reporting, internal and external communication, customer service and support, and communicating with partners
- Prepare presentations and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data
- Coordinate co-op requests with vendors, including submitting requests and tracking use
- Oversee branded promotional merchandise program
- Coordinate tradeshows and events, both at the branch level and corporately
- Track marketing budget allocations
- Coordinate special projects

**About you**:

- Highly organized, self-driven with a high level of customer service skills
- Ability to establish priorities and organize resources quickly and efficiently
- Adaptable with a strong desire to learn
- Experience with Mailchimp, Sprout Social and Adobe Creative Cloud software an asset
