**The opportunity**:
The University of Manitoba is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This position plays a key role in expanding and enhancing the Stu Clark profile and programs and boosting program awareness and reach. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the creation, communication and execution of a well
- rounded marketing strategy, driving awareness for SCCE’s various services and events to a variety of stakeholders.

Additionally, this position will qualitatively and quantitatively report on the success of various marketing campaigns using appropriate analytics to measure success and make improvements on an ongoing basis.

**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Undergraduate degree in Marketing and Communication is required.
- Two years of directly related experience required.
- Experience with development and execution of annual strategic marketing plans Digital marketing experience required.
- Graphic design experience required.
- Experience with metrics and measurement to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns required.
- Experience working with marketing agencies required.
- Experience with website creation and upkeep are required.
- Work experience in a small team environment a definite asset.
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Able to work well on their own - taking the opportunity to develop new and creative initiatives required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, verbal and written skills with a high degree of tact, diplomacy, discretion and professionalism is required.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, prioritize and complete multiple tasks under strict deadlines with mínimal supervision Team-oriented individual, responsive to demands of staff and students required.
- Ability to work flexible hours / days required.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
