Front Desk Receptionist
**Duties**:
The Gordon Hall Receptionist establishes a welcoming atmosphere in the residence hall by meeting and greeting students, visitors, and University employees.
Organizational familiarity and necessary discretion to answer questions and provide information to students, visitors, and University employees.
The Residence Hall Receptionist performs basic and varied clerical tasks which may include keyboarding and/or computer data entry, distributing incoming mail, maintaining accurate building records, filing, and operating standard office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

- Guelph, ON N1G 1Y8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
