Successfactors LMS Manager

GP Strategies has a need for a **SuccessFactors LMS Manager. **This is a full-time, benefitted, remote position and we are looking for someone that is able to work east coast hours. This position will have 20 direct reports.
**SUMMARY**:The Manager serves as the single point of client contact,, as well as, supports the Account Director by performing the following duties.
- Manage the team structure and processes to support the business and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
- Liaison between client and operations team related to process changes, policy changes, customer service issues, personnel changes; and assist in issue resolution.
- Manage team workload assignments and assist with work prioritization.
- Manage team capacity and utilization.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members as well as conduct Quarterly Conversations.
- Provide support and first line resolution to team members; escalate questions, issues, and concerns to client contacts as necessary.
- Identify training and coaching opportunities for team.
- Assist in training for new team members.
- Compiling metrics statistics for weekly & monthly reporting.
- Attend weekly, monthly and ad hoc client meetings regarding company initiatives (i.e. projects impacting the LMS system and/or processes).
- Perform daily LMS data entry support a portion of each workday.
- Attend client meetings with Account Director as needed.
- Proactively alert client leadership and functional manager of any quality related issues or delays in delivery of services.
Note: These duties and responsibilities do not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed by the Manager. It will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as requested by Management.
**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment in order to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.
- Be able to perform repetitive tasks without making errors and with high attention to detail.
- Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.
- Must be highly customer service driven, team oriented and have a focus on business partnering skills.
- Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision.
- Must be able maintain confidentiality of personnel and business situations.
- Ability to self-manage and take initiative.Ability to work flexible hours, when needed.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Proficient level knowledge SuccessFactors LMS required
