VPAC Construction is hiring a Office Systems Coordinator to support our Office Team at our head office in downtown Vancouver, BC. We are looking for an individual who is tech savvy, great at multitasking and working in a fast pace environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all systems we have including licenses, updating, managing day to day
- Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, AutoCad, SketchUp, Zoom
- Work with IT Provider
- Stay on top of ongoing projects.
- New Employee set up.
- Tech decommissioning
- Mobile Device Procurement & Set Up
- Remote device management
- Having new employees sign all required forms for devices
- Laptop Procurement
- Managing Internet & Wireless Accounts
- Maintain all office equipment
- Electronics recycling
- Managing & setting up hot desks and new desks
- Decommissioning all old employee’s tech
- Office Appliance maintenance
- Troubleshooting tech issues
