Service Coordinator

Vancouver, Canada Heritage Office Furnishings Full time

If you answered yes, this might be the career for you Heritage Office Furnishings is looking for a Service Coordinator to support the growth and operation of our organization. This is a full-time position working in office with the potential of Hybrid after 3 months, 1-2 days per week.

Core Responsibilities:

- Communicate service action to customer promptly and professionally
- Create work orders in system on day of receipt
- Improve invoice cycle by collecting and processing completed work orders on a daily basis
- Assist customers directly with parts requests and product knowledge
- Prepare service estimates daily and manage status of open estimates
- Maintain a working schedule for all Service Technicians

Qualifications:

- Some College/University preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of an ERP system is an asset
- 1 year of Customer Service experience and 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Quick thinker, problem solver and performs effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Extremely organized and a multitasker
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
