**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems effectively to direct inquiries appropriately.
- Oversee vendor management, including maintaining relationships and negotiating contracts as necessary.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on clerical tasks to ensure high-quality work output.
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.
- Support various departments with clerical duties as needed, contributing to overall team success.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in graphic design, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Experience supervising staff or managing teams is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
