The Refugee Centre is a nonprofit community organization that assists newcomers with their integration journey in Montreal. We operate five days a week and host a variety of community events and services including legal aid appointments and wellness support. We have a dynamic and young team of workers, interns and volunteers that run and maintain our multitude of services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage office spaces as well as ensure smooth bookings of rooms.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and functional office space.
- Manage distribution and collection of mail and packages, as well as invoices and cheques.
- Provide general administrative support, as time permits or as requested by the Executive Director
- Support the user experience of visitors and employees, that is; WiFi, monitors, connections.
- Management of office supplies, including ordering and distribution, including kitchen area.

**Qualities/ Experience**:

- Strong written and communication skills required in both English & French
- Spanish, Arabic, Farsi or third language considered a strong asset
- Good knowledge of Gsuite and general technologies
- Organized, detail-oriented and takes initiative
- Motivated, excited to learn, ability to work autonomously in a dynamic team
