Hamilton, Canada D.A. Drywall 2017 Inc. Full time

Must be proficient in Quickbooks with bookkeeping or accounting background is essential.
- Prepare all government remittances, HST, Source Deductions, Corporate Tax and WSIB
- Completing biweekly payroll for employees
- Issuing weekly cheques to all subcontractors performing varies drywall/taping/insulation jobs for D.A. Drywall
- Pay all monthly bills i.e. bell, alectra, rogers etc.
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly Visa reconciliation
- Invoicing of houses to builders once drywall stage completed.
- Ensure payment received from builders on a timely basis.
- Update accounts receivables as required.
- Complete quotations for new builds as requested.
- Update all list of new homes to be built and extra’s for site supervisor’s
- Prepare all year end and give information to accountant for Fiscal Year End Statements.
- Schedule service calls for 30 day and 1 year, as requested by the builders.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be well organized and be able to multi task, and pay close attention to detail.
- Should be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Office.
- Monitor benefits for workers.
- Be able to deal with union office as required, regarding monthly work sheets for the union
- Journal Entries

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (required)
