We are looking for a **Gen**e**ral** **Office Clerk **for our Hempstead locationto perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping and assisting with HR related tasks.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Must be able to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations.
- Must be reliable.
- Must possess great communication skills.
- Be familiar with office equipment and procedures.
- Proficient with MS office

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate

colleagues
- Utilize office equipment such as photocopier, printers etc.
- Assist Accounting and HR departments with various clerical task.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Work Conditions/Physical Demands**
- Busy office environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
