**Responsabilités**:

- Responsable pour tous les outils et services fournis par l’unité
- Responsabilité opérationnelle et de développement de bout en bout pour les fournitures d’outils pertinents, envers les parties prenantes des unités commerciales et R&D d’Ericsson.
- Création et maintien de la valeur et de la satisfaction client/partie prenante par la fourniture d’outils et services d’ingénierie efficaces
- Gestion du cycle de vie complet et de la stabilité opérationnelle de tous les outils et services en veillant à ce qu’ils soient utilisés de manière efficace en étroite collaboration avec les unités R&D.
- Pilotage des tâches de développement et d’exploitation conformément aux standards et directives d’Ericsson en s’assurant que les directives relatives à la sécurité sont respectées pour tous les outils et services de l’unité
- Pilotage des objectifs opérationnels dans son champ de responsabilités en s’assurant qu’ils sont remplis
- Encadrement du personnel - gestion des performances, évolution de carrière, développement des compétences, recrutement et gestion des ressources
- Gestion du centre de coûts, des budgets, prévisions, dépenses et investissements
- Comptes rendus des résultats, économies et rendements de l’unité selon les demandes
- Responsable du respect et du dépassement des indicateurs de performance ou des objectifs de la section
- Fourniture de communications/actualisations régulières à l’équipe de direction, aux sponsors et aux clients
- Pilotage des innovations et améliorations permanentes de l’organisation afin d’atteindre les objectifs de rendement et d’efficacité
- Responsable de l’engagement auprès des universités et des projets de recherches conjointes au sein de l’unité

**Qualifications clés**:

- Formation : BSC, MSC, MBA ou équivalent acquis par l'expérience
- Expérience minimum : 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en matière de management en développement de logiciels et TIC
- Domaine d’expérience : Management TIC et développement de produits
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de management et de gestion des personnes
- Expérience avérée en matière de construction et d’encadrement d’équipes solides et responsabilisée
- Solides capacités à gérer des priorités concurrentes, la résolution des problèmes et la résolution des conflits
- Solide compréhension des cycles de vie de développement de logiciels, méthodologies agiles et DevOps
- Solide compréhension de la gestion des opérations de service
- Solides compétences en matière de planification et d’analyse des risques
- Expérience dans le domaine de la livraison à des parties prenantes multiples dans un environnement international
- Expérience dans la direction d’équipes ou dans le rôle de supérieur hiérarchique dans différents pays
- Expérience en méthodologies « Lean » et agiles, et leur intégration dans les grandes organisations
- Connaissance des pratiques de développement open source et des modes de travail chez Ericsson et dans les communautés open source
- Expérience avérée en matière d’obtention de résultats pour l’organisation dans des environnements complexes
- État d’esprit orientée clients, résultats et entreprise
- Excellentes capacités de communication en anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Vous avez l’esprit d’entreprise et œuvrez dans un but commun.

**About this opportunity**

**What you will do**
- Accountable for all tools and services delivered by unit
- End to end operational and development responsibility for relevant tools deliveries towards Ericsson Business Units and R&D stakeholders
- Create and ensure Customer/Stakeholder value and satisfaction through delivery of efficient engineering tools and services
- Secure full Life Cycle Management and operational stability of all tools and services and ensure that they are handled in an efficient way in close co-operation with R&D units
- Drive Development & Operations in line with Ericsson corporate standards and directives and ensure that Security directives are met for all tools and services in unit
- Drive operational targets within area of own responsibility and secure that they are met
- Line Management of staff - performance management, career development, competence development, recruitment and resource management.
- Manage unit cost center, budget, forecasts, expenses and investments.
- Report on unit results, savings and efficiencies as required
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding section KPIs or objectives.
