Regional Sales Representative

Our mission is to establish Founder’s Original as the benchmark for premium canned cocktails, by offering exceptional quality at a reasonable price point.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed sales distribution and volume targets within designated territory
- Collaborate with sales team and management to develop sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify and actively pursue new sales leads
- Visit existing and prospective retailers to discuss promotions and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct presentations and tastings to engage with clients and provide memorable brand experience
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, feedback and account performance
- Sales reporting - conduct weekly and monthly reports
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the alcohol and beverage industry
- Existing knowledge of accounts and relationships within assigned region is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google work space
- Smart Serve Certification
- Strong work ethic, self motivated and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods of time
