Kingston, Canada Burgham Sales Ltd Full time

Burgham Sales is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Representative in the Pet Industry to join our rapidly growing team. An opportunity is available for a full time on the road rep for the Eastern Ontario region (Scarborough to Ottawa).

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage both new and existing relationships at the retail level, to support the growth of all Burgham lines.
- Develop a territory sales plan and strategy.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets for your territory.
- Support customers with inventory, orders for effective stock management
- Assist with forecasting of regular and new listings.
- Build strategic customer plans for sustained growth.
- Work with each account to develop promotions and events.
- Leverage data to support your accounts.
- Keep all accounts engaged and support growing business.
- Work Trade Shows to help develop and enhance Burgham business.

Role Requirements:

- Previous sales or marketing experience and/or Pet industry experience is an asset.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be willing to travel and stay overnight when needed.
