**YOUR ROLE**
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for implementing the company’s marketing strategies within the regions of Kingston and Belleville, ON in order to increase sales for your assigned products and store brands. You will also ensure a strong business relationship with your customers (stores managers) within your territory.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stores (managers)
- Oversee business growth within the assigned territory
- Ensure customer satisfaction and innovate with new initiatives
- Maintain business relationships with stores through various presentations
**Qualifications**:
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent ability to communicate and handle objections
- Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Bilingualism: French and English, spoken and written (an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of sales in the food industry
- Good computer skills
- High school diploma
- 2 years' experience in sales and business development
- Experience in retail sales (various departments)
**Additional Information**:
- Frequent travel to stores, about 85% of the time
- Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
