Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Mac OS, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet

software

Specific Skills:
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Obtain and process information

required to provide services, Operate switchboard telephone system, Answer, screen and

forward telephone calls, Schedule and confirm appointments, Send invoices, Receive and

issue payments, Daily Deposits, Various clerical duties such as filing, sorting and distributing

mail, shipping and receiving as well as dispatch experience would be an asset

Additional Skills:
Provide basic information to clients and the public, Data entry, Maintain records, Order office

supplies, Update and monitor office vacation calendar, Verify timesheets, Submit Purchase

Orders, Backup Liaison for shipping/receiving, Various tasks as required. Provide

administrative support to management, and sales team. Support branch operations by

maintaining office administrative procedures and systems in place. Other various tasks as

required.
