Executive Office Coordinator

WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to our company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate staff to achieve their best performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including supervising other workers and determining office procedures and routines.
- Answer telephone calls and messages, as well as electronic enquiries.
- Oversee the development of communication strategies and prepare reports as needed.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as required.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including supervising office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with knowledge of MS Office and business process management. A valid driver's license is also required.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI offers a comprehensive health care plan and opportunities for career growth and development.
