**About the Role**:
This role can either be a Customer Service Representative, or, depending on your experience and interest, a Customer Service and Sales Administrator.
For the Customer Service role, we are looking for someone with the following profile:
- You take incoming customer leads from multiple regions, and determine the appropriate level of service.
- You are quick to provide professional quickly acquire the knowledge to answer basic customer inquiries and take many orders.
- You are quickly able to identify the service required, the value of a potential sale, and direct the lead to the appropriate person.
- You can prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
For the combined role of Customer Service and Sales Associate, we are also looking for someone with past logistics experience that would allow you to finalize sales and ensure the smooth delivery of regulated products across the world.
This role supports the sales team through high-volume processing of administrative sales tasks. In this combined role you would:
- Review online orders for regulated products, back-ordered items, and delivery exceptions.
- Process Purchase Orders from businesses and government agencies.
- Communicate professionally to clients in writing and through the phone.
- Accurately and correctly submit invoices for payment through business and government agency payment portals.
- Process payments through multiple portals.
- Coordinate freight to locations across North America.
- Maintain customer service standards and coordinate return of sold goods.
- Understand Canadian and US federal shipment laws for regulated items.
- Assist in accounts receivables, ordering office supplies, maintaining licenses, and other corporate operations as needed.

**Qualifications**:
- Past experience in a customer-facing role in the environmental, outdoors, agricultural, or resource extraction industries. Wildlife experience is strongly preferred and will be reflected by a higher starting wage.
- Past experience and training in a logistics position.
- Familiar with varying requirements of international, wholesale, government, business, and retail sales.
- Proficiency with business software, including point of sale, fulfillment programs, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information in written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational ability.
