**Description du poste**:
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant, y compris le service de petit-déjeuner 7 jours sur 7 et le service de dîner du jeudi au dimanche
- Gérer et former le personnel du restaurant pour garantir le plus haut niveau de service à la clientèle
- Coordonner avec la direction de l’hôtel pour assurer une expérience sans faille entre l’hôtel et le restaurant
- Superviser la planification, l’inventaire et l’approvisionnement pour les services du restaurant et les événements de restauration
- Collaborer avec le chef et l’équipe de cuisine pour maintenir la qualité et la cohérence des menus
- Assurer la conformité aux normes de santé, de sécurité et d’hygiène alimentaire
- Planifier et exécuter les événements de restauration avec attention aux détails et satisfaction des clients
- Gérer les retours clients, résoudre les plaintes et assurer la satisfaction globale des invités
- Suivre la performance financière, y compris la budgétisation, le contrôle des coûts et les objectifs de profit
**Exigences**:
- Expérience confirmée en tant que gestionnaire de restaurant, assistant(e) gestionnaire ou poste similaire dans un restaurant ou environnement hôtelier
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe
- Capacités exceptionnelles d’organisation et de gestion multitâche
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de restaurant et des systèmes de point de vente
- Solides compétences en service client et engagement à offrir une expérience de restauration exceptionnelle
- Connaissance en gestion d’événements et de service traiteur est un atout
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible, incluant les matins pour le service de petit-déjeuner et les soirs pour le service de dîner (jeudi à dimanche)
- Doit être bilingue ( français et anglais)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including breakfast service 7 days a week and dinner service from Thursday to Sunday
- Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Coordinate with hotel management to ensure seamless guest experiences between the hotel and restaurant
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supplies for both restaurant service and catering events
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency in menu offerings
- Create a Seasonal bar menu
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Plan and execute catering functions with attention to detail and client satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit targets
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a seated restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to creating an outstanding dining experience
- Knowledge of catering and event management is a plus
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings for breakfast and evenings for dinner service (Thursday to Sunday)
- Must be bilingual ( English and French)
